Greg Steele — Founder & CEO
Greg Steele is the founder and CEO of Apex Mission Solutions, with extensive operational leadership experience in active conflict environments in Ukraine. Since early 2022, he has served in a company-level command role, operating across multiple major fronts and leading personnel during sustained combat operations.
His operational experience includes over 500 combat sorties and direct involvement in the development, testing, and operational deployment of unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) in contested conditions. This work has encompassed mission planning, execution, and rapid system iteration based on battlefield performance and failure analysis.
In addition to frontline command responsibilities, Greg has led training programs for personnel operating in high-risk environments, with an emphasis on operational security, disciplined execution, and effective integration of technology into mission workflows.
Apex Mission Solutions was established to deliver mission-ready, field-proven capabilities, informed by firsthand operational experience and a strict focus on performance in real-world conditions.
Dmitriy Barskiy
Partner – Finance & Strategy
brings over 25 years of experience in institutional finance, with a career spanning senior leadership roles at major financial institutions. He has led large, international teams responsible for financial modeling, strategic reporting, risk-aligned operations, and regulated financial processes across complex organizational environments.
With a strong foundation in both corporate finance and operational execution, Dmitriy provides strategic oversight on financial planning, capital structure, and scalable growth initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA, and brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to supporting mission-focused organizations operating in high-consequence and regulated domains.
